What we accept for exchange

📅 All requests must be submitted within 14 days of your delivery date.

Condition requirements
To be eligible, the item must be:
- 🏷️Unworn and unwashed, with all tags still attached
- ✨Free from odors, stains, or any signs of use
- 📸Accompanied by a clear photo as proof of condition
🚫 If there is any evidence the garment has been worn, the exchange will be declined. No exceptions.

Size exchanges
- ✅If your desired size is available for the same products — we'll send it at no extra product cost.
- 🔁If your desired size is not available for the same products— you may choose another item of equal or greater value.
- 💳If the replacement item costs more — you pay the price difference.
💡 Tip: Check our products page for current availability before reaching out — it'll speed up your exchange.

Shipping costs
- 📤Return shipping — cost to send the item back to us is covered by the customer.
- 📥Replacement shipping — cost for us to send your new item is also covered by the customer.
- 🔍We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Qiraan is not responsible for items lost in transit.

How to request an exchange

Include your reason for exchange and a clear photo of the item showing its condition.

Wait for our confirmation before shipping anything back — we'll send you the return address.

Ship the item using a trackable method and share the tracking number with us.

Your exchange will be processed within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
